Founder & Senior Technician – Travis is the founder and Senior Technician of McCall Glass Works.

Travis brings over six years experience in the glass field to each customer project, with four of those years specifically dedicated to the specialized field of auto glass replacement and windshield repair (chip repair).

Travis has been a proud resident of McCall for 17 years and prides himself on his quality of work and superior customer service. You’ve heard of the phrase “going the extra mile”. Well, Travis embodies that phrase and is committed to ensuring your satisfaction.

Travis has two children and enjoys hunting, fishing, camping and all the outdoor activities that McCall has to offer.

Office Manager – Susan is the Office Manager of McCall Glass Works. Susan is ideally suited to overseeing the customer service department and business development activities of McCall Glass Works.

Susan's diverse background includes corporate training, office management, and an extensive sales background. Prior to McCall Glass Works Susan worked in the auto sales and rental industry and brings a solid understanding of both foreign and domestic vehicles to the work she does at McCall Glass Works.

Susan has been a resident of Idaho for the past 11 years. Since becoming a resident of McCall, in early 2009, she has enjoyed the quality of life one would expect to discover in beautiful McCall.

Along with her responsibilities at McCall Glass Works Susan is also on the board of directors for the McCall Chamber of Commerce. Susan is the proud mother of four children and one grandchild. She enjoys fishing, camping and photography.
